Mama's Taco SaladI love this salad because you can do so much with it. for myself I eat it like a taco salad with salsa, my husband likes to eat it with regular dressing on it.
Here are the ingredients: Tomato cut into squares Cheese cut into squares Hamburger fried and crumbled Nacho Cheese Chips Crumbled Salsa Canned Kidney Beans (optional) With this salad you can add as little or as much ingredients as you like. It's also very versatile Note: You can also wrap it up in a flour tortilla for a burrito. Chicken ala King on Toast1 jar chicken gravy

The Wise ChickenWhen you clean a chicken or turkey for cooking save the pieces in the freezer until you ready to make gravy or soup. Just boil it for awhile to get a good stock. You can always freeze the stock as well. I usually leave a little meat on the bones to add more flavor.
If you want less grease just let it cool in the fridge and later scoop off the grease floating on top. Potatoes & CornHere's another favorite of my kids. Make some fried potatoes and when they are done pour a can of creamed corn over it and stir it up. It helps get some vegetables in them.
Emergency Milk SubstituteEver find yourself making a recipe that calls for milk and you ran out? Try non dairy creamer. If you mix it with warm water it won't clump.
Emergency Egg Substitute Need an egg try using mayo. It's made with eggs and it will add a moistness to your recipe. Mac & DogsThis is a favorite of my husbands.
1 box mac and cheese 3 hot dogs sliced thin Make the mac & cheese as instructed. Cream of Mushroom FavoritesTry adding a small can of cream of mushroom soup to some rice. It's like gravy on rice. You can also use it like gravy on mashed potatoes.
